*Q:Can we get some samples?any charges?
A:Yes,you can get available samples and free,but freight cost will be on you.
*Q:How can we get a quote?
A:Please offer the specification of your production,you may refer to our chart to help you.

*Q:Are you a manufacture?
A:Yes,we have been in producing all kinds of paper productions over 20 years from 1996.
*Q:Hello!Do you print OEM productions?
A:We only do OEM printing job,but we can help you do some adjustment on your files if you needed.
*Q:What format artwork do you use for printing?
A:We prefer PDF format with at least 300DPI.Other format such as Ai, Corel DRAW,are also fine for us.
*Q:Can I have sample before place the order?
A:We are pleasure to make the digital sample for your reference.
*Q:What's your lead time for a order?
A:Usually, we need about 10-15daysprinting with quantity less than 10000pcs and about 20-28 days less than 5000pcs (With complicate finishing).
